The role of precision machining technology is mainly discussed in three aspects:
1. It is the main technical document guiding production
Planning and scheduling of production in machine shop, operation of workers, quality inspection of parts and accounting of processing cost are all based on process regulations. Processing procedures are often used as a common basis for dealing with problems in production. If dealing with quality accidents, the responsibilities of relevant units and personnel shall be determined according to the process regulations.
2. It is the main basis of production preparation work
When a workshop wants to produce a new part, it first needs to formulate the machining process rules for the part, and then prepare for production according to the process rules. For example, the analysis and research of key processes in the processing of new parts, the preparation of knives, clamps and measuring tools, the purchase or manufacture of raw materials and blanks, the purchase of new equipment or the modification of old equipment, etc., must be carried out according to the process.
3. Basic Technical Documents of New Machinery Manufacturing Plant
When a new batch or batch machine shop is built, the type and quantity of machine tools needed and the layout of the workshop should be determined according to the process regulations, and then the size of the workshop, the configuration of power and hoisting equipment, and the type, technical grade and quantity of workers needed should be determined.
